I found the staff helpful and always ready to assist. the hotel maintained really good cleanliness throughout. i never felt crowded since the hotel is very spacious. there were ample sun loungers available both on the beach and by the pool. This made relaxation easy.
The music level was occasionally too loud. I found the bass reverberated through the building. this was quite disturbing, especially when i wanted to rest. this loud music impacted my ability to fully relax .

the resort offered various dining options, and the quality of the food was consistently good. the main restaurant had a diverse selection, i noted that the chefs maintained high standards in their food preparation. there were also multiple themed restaurants.

my beautiful pool view room featured contemporary decor and comfortable furnishings. the room included amenities like a mini-fridge, tv, and a safe. i also had a private balcony overlooking the pool area, it was a serene spot to unwind after a day of activities.

The staff were friendly. Mr Abdulaziz Mohamed, Mr Ahmed Karam, and Mr Haitham, the front office manager, were helpful. They made sure all my needs were met. The food was great. The rooms were also great.
The gym lacked rubber mats. It also lacked towels. Training equipment was not enough for all the people there. The alcohol was the worst I have ever encountered. The gin tasted chemical-like. Cocktails tasted awful.

the cleanliness throughout the place was really notable and consistent. The staff was friendly and always was ready to help with any questions i had. i really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool because it was relaxing.
the loud music played almost ALL day, this was a BIG issue. The music made it hard to find a place to relax quietly outside of the lobby. the food choices for vegetarians were pretty limited and hard. i had trouble finding meals without meat most days.

the resort had very nice cleanliness and organization, i noticed. the staff members were friendly and always smiling, i loved this a lot. the chefs were attentive to us!
i stayed for a week. the gym lacked materials, and especially rubber mats. we needed more of this!

the room was spacious.. it had comfortable surroundings and daily cleaning met high standards. the fridge was stocked daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
i found the wine to be appalling, very acidic and tasteless. the spirits seemed to be of the same standard. the reception bar allowed smoking and showed football on tv every night.
